We developed the brand system which incorporated signage, merchandise, atmosphere, staff attire, communications and more.
Through our engagement we introduced and incorporated VIP meet and greets, outdoor events, promotions and online engagement to strengthen customer relationships and excitement. Keeping the patrons engaged after they leave the restaurant was a important factor.
